Below is the fee schedule for the professional services offered by Méndez Realty Group in the San Quintín Valley, Baja California.

I. Commercial Brokerage

• Property Sale:
• 6% + IVA of the total sale price.
• Residential Property Rental:
• One month’s rent for a minimum one-year lease.
• Commercial Property Rental:
• Three months’ rent for a minimum five-year lease. Does not include management
• Residential or Commercial Property Management:
• 15% of the monthly rental amount.

II. Consulting & Transaction Management Services

• Real Estate Consultation:
• $500 MXN + IVA.
• Infonavit or Fovissste Loan Consultation:
• $500 MXN.
• Purchase–Sale Closing Coordination with a Public Notary:
• $10,500 MXN + IVA.
